NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING A PRIZE.

1. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes Period is from 08:00 am, Pacific Time November1, 2011 ("Sweepstakes-Start") to 11:59:59 pm, Pacific Time March 29, 2012 ("Sweepstakes-End"). Sponsor’s website clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes for all purposes.
2. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal, U.S. residents residing in the State Washington, residing in PNEC Corp current delivery area. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize: employees, officers and directors, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and each of their spouses regardless of where they live) and households of PNEC CORP (the “Sponsor”), their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising, design, web design, web hosting and promotion and publicity agencies and anyone connected with the production or distribution of this Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes Entities”). Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and the acceptance of the decisions of the judges, which are final in all respects.
3. How to Enter: This Game is played only on the Internet. Go to www.scfuelsnorthwest.com during the Sweepstakes-Period, look for the link to the Sweepstakes and complete the entry form with your first and last name, phone number, city or town, and state, residential Zip/Postal code, phone number, the best time to contact you and a valid working email address for which you are the Authorized User (defined below). You will be asked to identify if you are a customer of PNEC Corp, which information will have absolutely no bearing of the status of your entry. Maximum one (1) entry per household during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries must be made by an individual from a stand-alone computer/device and may not be made by proxy or any electronic/automated means such as script, bot, macro or any other similar software or program. Entries must be complete and received by the Sweepstakes-End to be eligible. A potential prizewinner will be notified by email and/or telephone in the Sponsor's sole discretion, so it is entrant’s responsibility to keep his/her email number and phone number current to see if s/he is a potential winner. An email “Authorized User” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address. In the case of a dispute regarding who submitted a particular entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the name of the Authorized User associated with that email address. Entrant agrees to accept future promotional emails from the company; such emails will not be flagged as spam by the entrant.
4. Winner Selection: one (1) potential Monthly Prize winner will be randomly selected and notified at the end of each month for five consecutive months from all entries received from 0800 am, Pacific Time November1, 2011 ("Sweepstakes-Start") to 11:59:59 pm, Pacific Time March 29, 2012 ("Sweepstakes-End"). In all a total of five (5) monthly Prizewinners will be chosen in this manner. If a potential winner does not respond to Sponsor’s email and/or telephone notification, based on the information on entry form, within three (3) business days and agree to accept the prize and provide/confirm his/her home address, that entry shall be disqualified and that potential winner’s prize forfeited and an alternative potential winner will be selected in random drawings from the remaining eligible entries in the specific drawing time period. This procedure will continue until a potential, eligible winner is found who accepts the prize in question and completes all the paperwork requested by the Administrator. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in entrant's email or phone account to receive email messages. Should a greater number of prize claims be received because of printing, emailing, phoning, messaging, programming errors or for any reason whatsoever, only the prizes and the values stated in these Official Rules will be awarded in random drawings from all claims.
5. Quantity, Prize, Approximate Retail Value (ARV) and Odds: The heating oil prize consists of #2 heating oil fuel. The prize will be delivered on a schedule that is agreeable with the Sponsor based on site location. Heating oil prize consists of #2 heating oil. The prize will be delivered in one (1) delivery only. If the oil tank cannot hold 100 gallons at the time of delivery, the tank will be topped off to a level that is safe according to customary regulations. Winner will not receive any credit, cash or other compensation if the full 100 gallons cannot be delivered into winner’s tank at time of delivery. Winner may submit three (3) regular business dates for delivery with the last date no later than six (6) weeks from the time of prize-award and Sponsor will choose one of the three (3) dates for delivery. ARV: - US$400 or the value of the prize. In all prize awards, winner must have a home heating oil tank that is in good working order and that complies with all applicable industry codes and regulations. Sponsor accepts no responsibility or liability for the condition of a winner’s tank. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole subjective determination, to refuse delivery into any tank that Sponsor believes has defects or that is noncompliant with all applicable regulations and codes. The prizes are awarded “as is” and by accepting a prize a winner acknowledges that Sweepstakes Entities have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize or regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes imposed in connection with the prize. Odds of winning: Depend on the total number of eligible entries received from Sweepstakes-Start to the end-time in each of the five (5) months of monthly drawings. Earlier entries will have a greater chance of winning a monthly Prize than later entries. All prizes will be awarded if properly claimed according to the Official Rules. Limit one (1) Prize per household.
6. General: Sweepstakes administration and winner verification will be supervised by the Administrator, an independent judge, whose decisions are final and legally binding. Entrants waive the right to contest any decision by Sponsor or the Administrator concerning any aspect of the Sweepstakes or the interpretation of the Official Rules or the determination as to the qualification of entries. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for those who cannot access the Internet or cannot click-through for any period of time regardless of the cause including, without limitation, technical, hardware, software, telephone, Internet, network problems or virus contamination; or for delay, failure or malfunction for any reason; or for delays or problems due to typographical or system errors or human error, including, but not limited to, errors by the Sweepstakes Entities and their representatives who enter incorrect information into any of Sponsor’s/Administrator's systems; or force majeure. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel/terminate the Sweepstakes if in Sponsor’s sole determination it believes that the integrity of the Sweepstakes has been, or could be, compromised or that the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or fairly. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry from the Sweepstakes if in Sponsor’s sole judgment the entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. Only the prizes listed and the values listed in the Official Rules shall be awarded. The right to receive the prize is non-assignable and non-transferable and no prize substitution, transfer, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of comparable or greater value. Prize or prize notification that is returned as undeliverable will disqualify the winner and, in the discretion of the Administrator, an alternative winner may be selected in a random drawing.
7. Waiver of Liability: By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant explicitly releases, discharges and holds harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, their shareholders, successors and assigns, one and all, from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, damages, actual, incidental or consequential, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity, including all “costs”, which s/he now has or may acquire, by reason of any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property, or any reason, occurring during or arising out of his/her participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use or misuse of a prize. A prizewinner waives the right to 1) assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, and 2) claim any liability (including attorney's and experts’ fees and costs) which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize, including travel.
8. All laws apply: If any provision of the Sweepstakes shall be deemed to violate any federal, state or local law, regulation or ordinance, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. If Sponsor is required by applicable federal, state/provincial or local law, regulation or ordinance , or by action of an administrative agency to cease offering the Sweepstakes in any jurisdiction, Sponsor reserves the right to (i) terminate the Sweepstakes in such jurisdiction in its entirety, and/or (ii) cancel and remove from participation in the Sweepstakes any and/or all entries from entrants residing in such jurisdiction, without penalty and without obligation to any Sweepstakes entrant. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
9. Publicity: Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, voice and likeness and any and all identifying characteristics (excluding phone number, address and email address) including, but not limited to, the taking of photographs and/or videos by Sponsor's photographer/videographer or Sponsor’s request for a photograph, for publicity purposes, and to own all results thereof, without further consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law, and winner agrees to execute any and all documents requested by Sponsor to convey such rights. Nothing shall obligate Sponsor to make use of any of the rights granted herein and winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use of any and every nature and kind.
10. No responsibility for Errors: The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions in any marketing materials or these Official Rules.
11. Entries will be owned by Sponsor: All entries submitted become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's and Administrator’s collection and usage of their personal information according to their privacy policies and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's and Administrator’s privacy policies.
12. Disputes: This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington .Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prize awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Rockingham County, NH under New Hampshire law without regard for its conflicts of law doctrine. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes and never shall include consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys' or experts’ fees or "costs." Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

Bremerton Wa 98337. Requests must be received by October 30, 2012. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests allowed; only one (1) request per outer mailing envelope. You cannot enter the Sweepstakes using this address. Entries mailed to this address will be discarded.
